Your situation

Your products sit on shelves you don't own.

You make it, and other people sell it. So a shopper who finds you online arrives at the one question your website cannot answer yet: which shop near me has it, and does that shop carry the one I actually want. The answer exists. It is a spreadsheet your sales team keeps.

Any kind of retailer, any countryChains, independents, pharmacies, bottle shops, garden centres, market stalls. Two hundred stockists or twenty thousand, worldwide.
Your own shops, marked apartGive the stores you run their own pin and label, so a shopper can tell a flagship from a shop that simply stocks you.
Postcode search, wherever they arePostcode, ZIP, city, state or region, in any country, with suggestions as they type. The closest shops come first.

How it works

Your stockist list, live on your site today.

  1. Start your free trial

Your dashboard is ready the moment you sign up. We ask for payment when you pick a plan, not before.

  2. Bring your stockist list

Drag in the CSV or Excel your team keeps. We read your columns, look up every address, and place the pins. The column where you record what each shop carries becomes the filter.

  3. Paste one line into your page

Copy the line from your dashboard into your where to buy page, the same way you add a YouTube video. Add a stockist later and the page follows on its own.

What we set up for you.

  • Your fonts and colours
  • Product filters
  • Stockists imported
  • Postcode search

Reply to the welcome email with your stockist file and a link to your site. We import the list, set the filters up from your own columns, and match the design to your brand. Same day, free on every plan.

The filter

Shoppers filter to the product they came for.

One brand, several products, and hardly any shop carries all of them. Tag each stockist with what it actually carries and a shopper narrows the map to the one they want. Send them to a shop that carries the other flavour and you have spent the sale twice.

You name the groupsFlavours, sizes, ranges, brands, services. Each one can carry its own colour or a picture of the product, and one tap narrows the map.
A map on each product pageOne stockist list behind everything, and each product page shows only the shops that carry that product.
Everything else on the cardPhone, hours, a link to that retailer's own product page, a note about which aisle. Add your own fields, or keep them private for your team.
Very easy to implement and to add multiple locations. The filtering options made it easier for our customers to see which stores were carrying which products.

No dead ends

When no shop is nearby, your online stores are.

List your own web store and the delivery partners who ship to that region beside the physical shops, in their own tab or only when nothing is close. A shopper in a town you have not reached yet still leaves with somewhere to buy.

Your store and your partnersYour own shop, the marketplaces you sell through, and the retailers who deliver. Each with its own button and wording.
Shown where it makes senseAlways in a tab, or only when the nearest shop is too far. You decide the distance that counts as too far.
On the $49 plan and upSaid plainly so it is not a surprise at the table below. The map, the search and the product filters are on all three.

What you learn

See where they looked and found nobody.

Every search your shoppers run is a question about your distribution, and your locator is the only place they are all written down. The postcodes they searched, the shops they clicked, the products they filtered for, and the towns where they looked and you have no stockist yet.

The searches, by place and dateWhich postcodes and towns, how often, and over the period you choose. Export it to CSV whenever you need it.
Which retailers get the trafficThe shops shoppers click, the directions they tap, and the retailer links they follow. Proof for the accounts that ask what your brand sends them.
The towns with nobody in themWhere demand shows up and you have no stockist. Hand it to whoever opens accounts and it reads as a list of places to call.
Quick and easy to install and work with. The analytics are amazing, and the fact that you can connect them with Google Tag Manager is wonderful.

Support

Send us the list and we'll set it up.

Stockist lists are rarely tidy, and they do not need to be. Send yours in whatever shape it is in and we will import it, build the filters from your own columns, and match the locator to your brand. Then you write in about anything and someone who works on the product answers.

Very easy to implement and to add multiple locations. Allowed us to implement within minutes. The filtering options made it easier for our customers to see which stores were carrying which products.

I was surfing between tabs on different store locator widgets and fumbling around aimlessly trying to customise them. Then I came across Storepoint which helped me get it to exactly what I wanted, saving me hours of aimless clicking with other options.

From first click of purchase to final product was about 15 minutes of chatting with Jake. He created a beautifully customized map with basically no direction. I'm a stickler for design and the product is beautiful.
Maggie · Article One Eyewear
The design is professional and clean and custom to our brand. It's affordable and their customer service is exceptional! Love the sync to Google Sheets too.
Katie W. · Web Designer
I needed something smooth, professional, customizable and easy to use. We're not tech experts. It met all those expectations and the end result is something I'm proud to have on my website.

Questions

Questions about stockist pages.

Different shops carry different products of ours. Can shoppers filter by that?

Yes, and it is on every plan. Record what each shop carries in a column of your list, and those become the filters. A shopper taps one and the map narrows to the shops that carry it. Brands with 2,000 stockists and four ranges run exactly this.

Do you know whether it is actually in stock right now?

No, and we would rather say so. We show what each shop carries according to the list you give us, which is how a where to buy page normally works. Live shelf counts would have to come from each retailer's own system, and almost none of them share it. If yours do, we can take a feed from your system on the $99 plan.

Do you supply the retailer locations?

No. We do not hold anybody's store data, including the big chains. You bring the list of shops that carry your products, because you are the only one who knows it. What we do is turn that list into a page your shoppers can search.

Can shoppers search by postcode only?

They can. Postcode, ZIP, city, state or region all work, and you can set which of them the search box asks for. It works in any country, and every phrase on the locator is yours to reword.

What happens when there is no shop near them?

On the $49 plan and up, your online stores and delivery partners appear instead, either in their own tab or only when the nearest shop is further than a distance you set. You can also show a message or send them to a form, so nobody reaches a dead end.

Can I put a filtered map on each product page?

Yes, on every plan, and it is the same list behind all of them. Paste the line on a product page with that product's filter set, and the page shows only the shops carrying it. One list to keep current, however many pages show it.

Can our own stores look different from our stockists?

Yes. Give them their own pin, their own label and their own place in the order, so a shopper can see at a glance which are yours. Some brands upload their logo for their own shops and use a plain marker for retailers.

How do I see where shoppers are looking?

From the $49 plan your dashboard shows the postcodes and towns people searched, the shops they clicked, the directions they tapped and the towns where they searched and you have nobody. Export any of it to CSV, and the same events reach Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days on every new account, and the import and design matching are included in it. Plans are month-to-month after that and you can change or cancel yours from the dashboard.
