Whenever there's a charge, we send an invoice to the receipt email you've set in your billing settings.
Can't Find Your Invoices?
If you can't see the invoices in your email, they might be in your spam or, for Gmail or G Suite users, in a "receipts" folder. Try searching for "storepoint" in your email.
If you still can't find them:
- Log into your Storepoint dashboard.
- Go to Account Settings > Get Past Receipts.

To update the email where we send your receipts:
- Visit the Account Settings > Billing in the Storepoint dashboard.
