If you're getting errors when trying to upload your locations, please make sure that:
- Your file is in CSV format - xlsx, xls, etc.. formats are not accepted. You can save your excel files as CSV by choosing File > Save As... and choose the CSV format.
- All column names match the template and are lowercase.
- All locations have a name and address. If some locations are missing a name or address, the upload will fail as these are required fields.
If you get a file type isn't supported error, please make sure your file is saved as "comma separated values" (csv) format. We do not support xls or xlsx formats. In excel, select File > Save As... and select "Comma Separated Values" as the file format.
If none of the above seem to be the problem, please get in touch with us and attach a copy of your CSV to the email. We can help solve the issue and get your locations uploaded.
