If your locator isn't showing up on your Squarespace site or if it only shows up after refreshing the page, you most likely have AJAX loading enabled in Squarespace. AJAX loading prevents apps from loading when pages switch. Don't worry, we have a fix :)
In order to fix the issue, there are two solutions:
- To keep the AJAX loading transition effects between pages, you can use our extra embed snippet available at https://storepoint.co/dashboard/ajax_loading_fix
- This extra code snippet does not replace the current snippet in the "code block" but rather should be pasted into the "header" of "code injection" settings in squarespace, as described here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815908-Using-Code-Injection
- Disable AJAX loading, although this will remove the loading transition (Tutorial from Squarespace: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000253288-Ajax-loading#toc-enable-or-disable-ajax)
