Adding an image to your locations is easy. Each location can have one image, which displays on location cards and popups in your locator.
Adding Images
How you add images depends on how you manage your locations:
In the Dashboard
When adding or editing a location, click the Upload Image area to upload an image from your computer. The image uploads automatically and displays on the location in your locator.
To change or remove an uploaded image, hover over it for options.

Via Spreadsheet Import
When importing from a spreadsheet, include an image_url column with a direct link to each image file.
Example: https://example.com/images/store-photo.jpg
Via Google Sheets Sync
When using Google Sheets sync, include an image_url column with direct links to image files.
Getting Image URLs
For spreadsheet import and Google Sheets sync, you need direct URLs to your images.
From your website: Right-click an image on your website and select "Copy image address" to get the URL.
From image hosts: Services like Cloudinary provide image hosting with direct URLs. Upload your images and copy the provided link.
Image Tips
- Use images at least 400px wide for best quality
- Square or landscape images work well
- The locator automatically handles sizing and display
