Questions about Airtable and Storepoint

How can I turn Airtable data into a searchable map on my website?

Storepoint connects the locations in your Airtable table or view to a map you can embed on your website. Visitors can search nearby, use filters, and get directions. You can use it as a store locator, dealer finder, or map of branches and other locations.

Can I choose which Airtable records appear on the map?

Yes. In Storepoint, select a table and, if needed, a view within it. Only records in that selection feed your locator. For example, an Approved locations view can leave out drafts or locations you are not ready to publish.

Can visitors filter the map using my Airtable fields?

Yes. Map supported Airtable fields, such as multi-select products or services, to Storepoint tags. Then organize those tags into filters. Visitors can narrow the map to locations with the product, service, or category they need.

Will my map update when I change a location in Airtable?

Yes. Storepoint updates the linked locations after a successful sync. Choose scheduled checks or sync manually. Optional live updates can request earlier checks when your Airtable access supports them. Records are matched by Airtable record ID, so changing a name or address updates the same location.

What information does each Airtable location need?

Each location needs a name and a usable address. You can also map phone numbers, website links, tags, and supported custom fields. Complex fields, such as attachments or linked records, may need a text or formula field first. The Airtable setup guide shows how to prepare your fields.

Can I put my Airtable-powered locator on Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow?

Yes. Airtable holds your location data, and Storepoint displays it on your website. The locator works on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and other websites that accept an embed. Your website does not need to be built with Airtable.

Do I need Zapier or a developer to connect Airtable?

No. Storepoint connects directly to Airtable. Authorize your account, choose a table or view, and match your fields in the dashboard. Add the locator to your website with a copy-and-paste embed. Storepoint reads your selected Airtable records; it does not write changes back to your base.
