Switching website platforms or rebuilding your theme? Your Storepoint locator moves with you. Nothing in your dashboard changes. You add the embed code to your new site, the locator shows up with all your locations, tags, filters, custom fields, and settings intact.
Your data stays where it is
Your locator lives on our side, embedded on your website. So when you switch platforms, none of your Storepoint data is touched. Locations, tags, filters, custom fields, settings, all exactly as you left them.
Moving the locator to your new site
- Build your new website or theme
- Create a page for your locator ("Find a Store", "Locations", etc.)
- Copy your embed code from your Storepoint dashboard
- Paste it into your new page using the platform's HTML or embed option
- Publish and view
Your locator will appear on the new site with all your existing data.
